Returns & Complaints

In accordance with Islamic Sharia laws, you have the right to return a product without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

Return Conditions

• Please return the purchased product together with the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice), warranty card (if applicable), and your own return statement containing: full name, address, list of returned products, return date, and your signature.
• Please return the product in its original, undamaged factory packaging (if applicable).
• The returned product should show no signs of use and should not be damaged in any way.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Refunds for purchased products are transferred to the bank account provided by the customer.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

If you return a product that does not meet the above requirements, we will be forced to send it back at your expense.
