Shipping Policy

Karachi Orders

Customers can self-collect their orders from our showroom or have them delivered via ride-hailing and delivery services.

• Self-Collection: Available during working hours only (11:00 to 20:00 / 8:00 PM).
• Courier Service: Also available for deliveries within Karachi.

Nationwide Orders

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 19:00 (7:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders received after 19:00 will be dispatched the next working day.
• Sundays & Holidays: Orders received on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days (no delivery on Sundays). Remote locations may take up to 7 working days.
• Overnight Delivery: Kindly mention this with your order; extra charges will apply for overnight service.
• Preferred Courier: We deliver via our network partners. For any specifically preferred courier service, extra delivery charges will apply.

Payment & COD Policy

Orders will be shipped only after complete payment has been received. Please note the following regarding charges:

• Shipping Charges: All delivery and courier service charges are to be borne by the customer.
• COD Policy: Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for product orders or delivery charges.
